For the engagement compionent of Phase 1, I wrote a comprehensive engagement strategy outlining  the engagements team approach to building awareness for the Shaping Legacy initiative as well as hosting public workshops that discuss difficult topics around monuments and memorials.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH STRATEGY, Touchpoints Graphic included in NMTF’s Engagement Strategy Report

As part of the consultant team, New Monuments Taskforce team (Cheyenne Concepcion & Anna Lisa Escobedo) led three public community workshops across San Francisco to survey and engage members of the public about monuments and memorials in San Francisco. We also developed, designed and executed a online campaign to bring in more community members and SF residents into the public process.
